Q. What is the Life Makeover Show?
A.. It's an event focusing upon self improvement for individuals, encompassing personal improvement, physical improvement and indulgence.  It will help you improve areas of your life which you are dissatisfied with, and help you to create a whole new you.

Q. When is it?
A. Saturday 8th November 2008.  Opening hours are 9.30am- 5.30pm.

Q. Where is it?
A. The Hove Centre, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, East Sussex.  Click here for directions.

Q. How much is it to gain admission?
A. Admission is £5, which includes a £1 donation to Breast Cancer Research.

Q. Can I save money by booking visitor tickets in advance?
A. Yes - simply complete the advance ticket booking form and return it to the organisers before the show.

Q. Once I have enterted the Life Makeover Show, may I leave and re-enter? 
A. Yes, you will collect a free re-entry pass as you enter.
