There is so much to see, learn and experience at the Life Makeover Show, that you'll to re-fuel during your visit.  Luckily, there is some of the most fabulous Food & Drink on offer in Brighton & Hove within the event itself, so you won't have to stray far to quench your thirst or stem your hunger!

Moorish Brighton Deli/Cafe:



Jo Broom and her team at Moorish Brighton aim to change your expectations of what a Deli/Cafe can offer. At the Life Makeover Show visitors experienced flavour-packed dishes of Iran, Georgia, Turkey, Lebanon, Greece, North Africa, Sicily and Spain. Different cultures they may be, but all these cuisines are devoted to fabulous ingredients, fragrant spicing and a deep love of intense aromas and tastes. The Moorish Brighton Deli/Cafe offered bite-sized Basque pintxos, home-made dips, filled sandwiches (in baguettes or flat-breads), soup and two freshly-made hot dishes. Its foods are locally sourced and Moorish Brighton aims to be organic where possible.

Roasted coffee, cakes & pastries:

Richard Yalden and his team at roasted are dedicated to delivering a wonderful cup of coffee at a reasonable price with a high level of service. At the Life Makeover Show roasted quenched visitors' thirst with its superb range of drinks including Cappuccino, Cafe Latte, Americano, Espresso and Tea, plus a range of homemade cakes & pastries

Roasted is an ethical company, promoting and supplying Fairtrade products wherever possible. It is also an active supporters of Brighton charity Off The Fence.
